Yes! You’re welcome to bring in your own food, drinks, and decorations. We also allow outside vendors and catering. However:

• We offer a recommended vendor list for your convenience, but do not manage or assume responsibility for third-party services.

• All vendors must be coordinated by the renter directly.

• If you plan to use a vendor not on our list, including DJs, please contact us in advance for approval. Unapproved vendors may be denied access to the venue.

• Candles must be enclosed, and no nails, screws, or adhesives may be used on walls. All décor must be removed at the end of the event.

Absolutely! We’re happy to offer virtual or in-person tours. Just reach out to schedule.

All bookings are made directly through our website. Just choose your time slot, complete payment, and accept our Terms & Conditions at checkout. Your booking is confirmed once payment is processed and the confirmation email is received.

• Decorations and vendor items must be removed by the end of your booking.

• Sound levels must remain under 65 dB(A) per Newark city ordinance (sound meter provided on-site).

Yes! There’s ample street parking nearby and several public lots nearby. Our venue has a street-level entrance for easy access and loading.

When you book, your credit card remains securely on file in case your event runs beyond the contracted time.

If your event exceeds your reserved slot, you will be automatically charged for overtime at the applicable hourly rate. This helps us ensure a smooth experience for all guests and fair scheduling.
